The creators and copyright owners of The Week are Hélène Gerin and Frédéric Laloux. However, the authorization to collect usage rights for commercial use has been transferred to the non-profit association The Week (see below). The Week's intellectual property is protected.
The concept and content of The Week experience are licensed under the **Creative Commons license BY-NC-ND.** Author attribution must be given; only non-commercial uses are permitted; variations and derivatives are not permitted. This means that you can use the program at free, open events organized by volunteer facilitators. You can also use the program as a teacher during your working hours. Any other use of The Week internally in a workplace is considered commercial use (see terms below). You are not authorized to modify the content of The Week unless authorized by the authors Hélène Gerin and Frédéric Laloux, or for internal use only, without communication to the outside and with a clear mention of the site web and authors.
Outside the workplace, the use of The Week is free. If you found the experience helpful, we encourage you to donate to help us continue to share and grow The Week.

If you sell a service associated with The Week (e.g., facilitating the 3 sessions, advising on a The Week deployment project, or helping a client with follow-up work for a The Week session), you must pay 10% of the amount invoiced as royalties. This supports funding for our infrastructure to continue delivering The Week.
